USE your Gift Certificate to pay for items and make donations ONLINE. 

First, browse the website and visit the Online Store to find out more about Idea4Idea and what you can purchase.  

You can use your Gift Certificate to:

PAY $1.00 for sending in an Idea or Action on an I4I Form (you can also pay for additional Forms).

PAY $5.00 for an Honor Report Card Order.

BUY a 1-Year Subscription to send in unlimited ideas or actions for 1 year to Idea4Idea:
     $10.00 for a Person or Family
     $15.00 for a Group or Class
     $25.00 for Entire School or Organization

or, GIVE a Donation to Idea4Idea (minimum $1.00).

To Use Your Gift Certificate Online, complete the information in the form below and submit.  If you want to PRINT the form with your information before you submit, click on "Print Version" at the bottom of the form BEFORE filling it out.  Then, after you complete the form, PRINT before clicking on "Submit."  Note:  Your email address is required. This same email address must also be entered on any I4I Forms or Honor Report Card Order Forms that are submitted and paid for using this Gift Certificate.
